Short-rib and Kimchee Tacos

Ingredients:
- Boneless short ribs (from Ranch 99 or Korean Market),
- Korean BBQ marinade (also easy to find),
- corn tortillas,
- white sticky rice,
- kimchee – radish or cabbage (your choice),
- freshly grilled green onions
Preparation:
Marinate short rib overnight. Grill over high heat and serve all ingredients wrapped up in a tortilla.
