Short-rib and Kimchee Tacos

Ingredients:

  • Boneless short ribs (from Ranch 99 or Korean Market),
  • Korean BBQ marinade (also easy to find),
  • corn tortillas,
  • white sticky rice,
  • kimchee – radish or cabbage (your choice),
  • freshly grilled green onions

Preparation:

Marinate short rib overnight. Grill over high heat and serve all ingredients wrapped up in a tortilla.
